Mate, just tighten till it strips, then back it off half a turn.........

I use a similar method to BG, except I use a fitting tool and not a shifter. But I just do it up to TFAR specs. (That Feels About Right).........

Most important thing...Regardless of what method you use.
Stick your tongue out to the right not left.
Remember...Tongue right for tight....Tongue left for loose.
