I thought to myself “Enough lurking and posting in threads without introducing myself, its rude”
So here it is.
G’day all,
My name is Mario and I have recently (2 months ago) bought a 2010 ZX6 that was Glenn Scott's 2011 race bike. I use to have a 2004 R6 as a tracky which is shit compared the ZX6, with the greatest difference being the brakes. I have bought some items that I’ll be installed once they arrive in a fortnight or so. Now I know the bike can go way fast without anything being installed as the bike was raced in the ASBK in the super stock class, but I wanted some creature comforts while I was riding so I want with some Vortex rearset, Bazzaz TC & QS, Stomp grips and a quick throttle kit.
I’m a regular at track days and am looking at getting into racing, I’m no way fast but am keen to have some fun and learn more by being surrounded by quicker guys. I also ride a 2008 R1 as a commuter and a Sunday ride bike but don’t hold it against me that I ride a Yamaha.
Looking forward to catching up with you guys at the track,
Ride safe all
