I had a 2010 Mk VI Manual GTI and after numerous warranty repairs I got rid of the POS! I have sworn off anything Euro ever again
Interesting, I have two VWs, a 2008 GTi with 100k on the clock and 2010 diesel Passat. Haven't had an issue(touch wood) a part from a problem with the rear door on the GTi that was fixed under warranty. The only thing about the GTi is they eat oil, about 4 litres in 15000klms. I like the VW's so much I am considering the Golf R next year. Would love to get Falcon GT supercharged or the typhoon but just can't see them making 5 years for me.
If my wife would drive it I would get a pajero as I would love to go 4wd again

Hey im 100kg and the seats are great
Dont think blurr had any trouble when he went to pi in it, hes taller than me
I just hated the seats, I sat in one for a test drive and said don't bother as I couldn't get comfortable before leaving the driveway.
Never tried the impreza. My wife had 2 liberties, a 99 and a 2006, I didn't like the seating in them and when I tried the GT I was surprised as I thought it would be better, it was in 2008 so maybe things have changed.

Having had one as a rental in Brisbane last week I wouldn't recommend one if you are on antidepressants as you may just want to top yourself.
The Liberty's have terrible seats if you are above tiny size, I was keen to get the GT and hated the seating.

Similar to the seats in the wrx I think, when my missus first got hers I found it a little tight but it was only a couple of trips and now I love the seats.
Well, now you have a family the M3 Coupe is out of the question since it's too hard to get the baby in and out of the back, therefore you'll need an M3 Sedan instead.

As both my girls have grown up and Im over the 6lts muscle...... VW Scirocco R or VW Golf R .. issue with Golf R is tow bar for the bike.(exhaust coming out the centre of the car)
And give Toyota insurance a call as you dont even have to have brought a toyota to get there insurance, which in my case was a cut above the next ($620.00 Pa for $51k, 65% for life)
