Reefton Today

Well i sneaked out for the day today and had a good run,police set up on the staight in reefton but didnt worry me as i never speed along there anyway.Was good to get out after a while being confined to my new shop.The nine had some new EBC rotors fitted and some new hh pads which were pretty average until i had done about 100 ks now there sweet as.Wonder if i can get over 190,00 out of these rotors like the last ones

Yeah, I went out for a run yesterday with Sunshine. We departed really early as we both had things to do after lunch and also wanted to avoid the inevitable being pulled up 5 times for licence, RWC and rego checks. We saw one on the way up, but he was in a 4WD and didn't have his hairdryer on. There was another on the way back, on an unmarked dark blue beemer. Also as we came down into Healesville, there was one in the main street. I saw him walk across the road from the other side, very obviously intending to pull us over, so I turned right before we got to him and went around the back way. I did this not because I have any licence, rego or RWC issues, but just beacause I fucking detest being pulled over for no reason. I still maintain, I should be allowed to go about my business without the revenue raisers interfering UNLESS I have done something wrong. to me it's just fucking harassment.

The spur was a little damp in places, but it was only dew and didn't compromise grip. The pures never put a foot wrong. Oh....and the Rex is more than the sum of it's parts!
