1996 Zx7r problems

1996 Zx7r problems
Hey guys, so i finally got the zx7r running , but after about an hr i tried starting it again and its running really rough, cant hold idle, and just to get some ignition going i have to use some "Start ya bastard", everything seems to be working, fuel pump, getting spark ect but it wont catch, any ideas?

Have you checked your carbs? Clogged/flooding/not balanced?
...i don't like the drugs, but the drugs like me!!
