Earth hour to go to extremes next year

Post by laidback »

The govt had released a media announcement that next year for earth hour all power stations will be shut down.

They have advised that as we have a full year to plan, and it's only for 1 hour there should be little inconvenience.

Better get some candles guys and gals unless you have a portable generator. :kuda:

Bugger sprung...There was a talk back show on ABC radio last night and they had this going for about an hour. Started with an report from a supporters group for earth hour that recommended heaps of things like driving without lights, using bonfires for light etc etc.

Great listening to all the people that fell for it...
