Re: Rear flat
I dont know about you but having a puncture that causes excessive wear on the tyre feels like you just got ripped off........plugs should be good if done properly, I rode around on mine for quite some time.
I wouldnt trust those emergency plugs and check your tyre pressure more regularly.

Re: Rear flat
Every time I have used a plug in a tyre - I have forgotten about it until the tyre has worn out !
never had a problem with a plug (touch wood) - still check tyre pressure but not seen evidence of tyres losing pressure from being plugged ?

Internal plug good as tyre itself..
Re: Rear flat
Thanks for the information. The plug was done by a friend who races motorcycles and he claims he has raced on a plugged tire. Wild Turkey is goooood.

Before I left for Phoenix, I ran out to Evanstan, Wyoming and held it at 120 for about 30 minutes and here I am. I think I'll have a Jim and kill my Granddaughters future husband as I don't like him at all.
