yea bone is broken towards my right shoulder yet pain is all up in the right side of my neck & traps pains bare able for now so im not taking the meds unless i really need to

Yup..I had ultra sound first cause too sore to touch, then massage. Takes ages and many sessions :roll: and your spot on with the refered pain, esp in the back+neck.
It all comes down to how you ride it.....

yea just came back from the docs he put me on ultra sound sessions along with massages as well , tho he didnt recommend acupuncture at all

Most doctors stick to western therapies for treatment of all ailments because they don't know better. Its the younger one's who are more keen to explore other avenues although there are exceptions to the rule.

I know of this old professor in endocrinology/rheumatology; the sheer mention of the word "physio" would make his blood boil.

Not saying that western therapy doesn't have its place, its just they badly handle chronic & unexplained conditions or anything in the "too hard basket".

yea my doc sorta made acupuncture sound like a really bad thing and hes 55+ im sure but i aint complaining got a hot nurse to do the treatment im happy :lol: :lol: :lol:
