Now this is a man cave

Post by laidback »

Well I've moved again...couldn't stand the noise in the main street so moving into a school...

What attracted me was the *Man Cave(s)*...air conditioned, lights, power, and a kitchen and office attached as well... :kuda:

An old, disused school building? There are dozens of old one-teacher, two-teacher schools out in the country that are no longer used. In fact, there's one not more than 10kms from my place and I live in the Wollongong metro area.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left. Phil

Not just a school...there's a residence attached...4 bedroom, chapel (lounge room), office, kitchen, dining, bathroom and loo of course... :kuda:
The school part is 3 classrooms, office, kitchenette, COLA and weather shelter with a storage room at the back.

Good stuff John, nice workshop.
Are you able to sublet ? You could make a few bucks by turning it into a Gingers Creek style accommodation or a half was rest stop between EC and PI ;)
