Um....I think you'll find that was a Z1000....eh PC :P And there were 2 ZRX's

Say what you like about the ZRX, I know who was still comfortable at the end of the day, eh Nelso ;)

Oh, and they didnt do to badly either on the rest of the day ;)
It's the only way I can do long trips like that and still walk at the end of them. ;) The CDT is a good reminder of why I have a ZRX and not a sports bike.

Um, Wattie was leading the charge with my ZRX behind :? You sure you saw us and not some other group :P

Wattie's quote at the end of "best run ever through Granya" would probably indicate he wasnt locked in first gear - knowing the Wattman it would have only been second though :kuda:

He must've been stuck in second, it's the only way I could've been keeping up with him after you let me through :kuda:

It was a great run through there though, probably the most comfortable I felt on the Crim over the whole trip 8)

Nelso is on the money here mate - the Pearl was up the back for most of the trip home because it was a bit.....woofy   Had some issues with the old oil cooler on the trip - one oil line developed a pinhole leak on the trip down - fixed on Friday - but the oil cooler seemed to be leaking slowly from within the core itself ?? weird - but the upshot was of course, a lovely oil waft following the old girl everywhere  . Needed 1/2 a litre at Omeo and 1 litre at Adaminaby on the way home

But I did manage to spend some time out the front leading the pack up through Boolarra and Churchill to Mirboo North on the second day of the CDT - that was fun :P - just ask Wattman !

Even with the slight ;) oil issue - the old girl kept all the new-fangled Zeds honest......except when the bastards wanted to spend $2.20 and I only had $1.80 :(
