Well yes, but the thing turned up as expected no drama's so I left positive feedback re delivery. When we found it was a shitter I amended the feedback but Fleabay still shows it as positive.

Yep thats the maggot. I just spoke to the other guy who's just been ripped. His motor was advertised as running, it sounds like it's got a bag of marbles in it and the arsehole is saying well it's running isn't it. He's also saying the value of the parts in the motor are worth what the guy paid so he shouldnt be complaining.

another point, all his ads say returns are not accepted, but he guarantees every part/engine. my question is if it doesn't work how does he honour that guarantee?

These engines come from clean donors that are in good condition and free from any damage. Although they are used and we do not accept returns on used items. These bikes are tested and thoroughly inspected prior to purchasing them. No returns and that is firm, if you do not feel comfortable with that then there is no obligation to purchase. In some states in the US it is illegal to conceal carry , in other words you have to have your weapon visable - not hidden

Here in vic, not sure about other states, as i never carried there.
But in uniform, gun must be displayed.. in plain clothes, must be conceled...
Did a lot of soft skin CIT, CPP, but in australia u are not supposed to carry a weapon while doing CPP, but there is/ was ways around that
