Discusting the Banks are laying off

Post by seiko1 »

I think IQ's have dropped sharply in the current totalitarian society we find ourselves in.
We can "create" employment in a couple of industries immediatley and take back the power from the banks who make obscene profits AT OUR EXPENSE......so simple to do....
don't buy the BS the elite push and dismiss you with that its dangerous, they're are happy to send armed guards to PICK UP cash from Casino's....
every Man and every Woman....should INSIST on being PAID IN CASH AGAIN!!!!!!! We were paid in cash when I started working
....you know, back when the banks had NO FEES and gave you a free piggy bank to entice you in.
Charlie Chaplain gave me inspiration :D

What Steve, you can't honestly think that the banking system is anything but politics?

It's unbelievable!!!!!

They sack 600 workers while making 100 million dollars a week and at the same time raising interest rates while the reserve bank leaves the rates alone........
It's all down to greed who needs to earn 100 million dollars a week!!!

Anyone who has shares in these companies don't bother complaining your also to blame.........

If you look at how the banking system works...it's designed to keep the Pollies just as powerless as us.
The Unions should push hard for reverting to cash payments, banks would have none of our money unless we went in and deposited it...
you can bet your arse account fee's would instantly disappear and there would be thousands of jobs created overnight.
We would need thousands more tellers, security guards for drop off and the vehicles to go with it, which in turn creates jobs manufacturing
the vehicles, more mechanics to service them, more employed people means more of every damn thing.
The biggest bonus for us would be CONTROL of what is and was always ours to begin with....OUR PAY! :kuda:

I'm hearing you loud and clear, who do we go to?
I'm with combank and I wish I had an answer for you cause then I'd have one for me........

Maybe "me" bank, members equity I think it's called, but I'm sure it's underwritten by one of the big banks, the problem is that nothing will ever happen if we do nothing! But it's easy to do nothing and if only 2% of the population are willing to do anything it won't be enough to change anything. Then again that mindset is the problem to start with.........

My recommendation is U Bank no fees 6.01% intrest on your money no fixed term, just link it to a normal account and when money comes in transfer it straight to u bank this is best if u have a few thousand laying around. Then for everyday transactions ING visa debit card.Same deal with the linked account no fees ever, withdraw from any atm anywhere and the fees charged are refunded to your account.Withdraw $200 at a time from eftpos and recieve 50 cents into your account everytime. This way the big banks get only a linked account thats sees them watching money come in and then money straight out to another bank. The do notice as my bank quissed me how come u dont keep your money with us ??? my responce was do the same deal or better and i might.

Yes the banks make "huge" profits but on what turnover at what margin? You might be surprised at the margins and the amount of coin they turnover. You have to balance it up with how much money they actually have out their at risk.
Now to all you shareholders yes you and me and just about anyone who has a superannuation account, these bank profits are keeping your losses below double digits.

If you want to screw the banks move your accounts to the independents, sure the rates are not as good, the access to your money is not as good and the facilities they offer are less, the security they offer is less but you pay for what you get.
These banks are their to make money with your money, simple as that. You would do the same, if you don't like it move your money elsewhere. The security we have in our banking system means that unlike in Europe, America you can actually go to the bank in the middle of a GFC and get your coin out. Some smaller independents froze accounts.

Be careful about what you wish for

Fact, Australian banks make the highest return on equity, and the highest profit per customer of any banking system in the world.
Competition is essentially non existent, as the whole system is run as a cartel, aided and abetted by 'our' own government.
