Valve adjustment

Post by oldman »

Time to re-shim my valves. I forgot what a pain in the arse it is. Then the dealer doesn't have the proper shims. I need 13 290's. Best weather this year and I'm grounded because of parts. A good excuse to have a Jim. Cheers.

Done. It wasn't that big of a deal. I had to change the shims on all 16 valves they were all right at the minimum and some were too tight. Jim Beam is a helpful tooooool.

I like it way to much, (Bundaburg) and drank the whole bottle, (750 ml) so I'll try it again at a later date as my old body can't handle that much booze every night. It is good stuff. Cheers!

Taste like Metho to me but there are a few seasoned Bundy drinkers around here who could
suggest some different mixers for you ;)

If I can't drink it straight I don't drink it. I liked the flavor, but of course I'm a yank and we will drink anything.
