im thinking of buying a new loom, $480 new from kawa, or 120 from usa second hand, also is it pretty easy to blow the fuel pump?

i think i may have blown the fuel pump, i have connected it straight to the battery just to see if it works and nothing, i think its the starter relay , as the starter motor works when connected to the battery but when connected to the relay nothing, any idea where the headlight relay is ??
