ZZR
ZZR
I have been working on some mods for my ZZR, after crashing the front end i decided to put it back together my own way. Not to everyones liking i suppose but i had real trouble trying to find the original peices. So there are coffee mugs for the air intakes (indicators places inside), part of a shopping trolley for the bracket to hold the headlights, clocks are of a bandit, fuel guage is mounted off to the side in a piece of stainless tube, 6 pot tokico calipers from a gsxr1000. Plus lots of other little things to make it all work.
Let me know what you think.

Re: ZZR
interesting, not my cup of tea (nakeds look half finished in my opinion) but not bad. as long as you enjoy the ride.
on another note, this sort of cr@p is beginning to sh1t me off with this forum. either you work hard making a silk purse out of a sows ear, decide to show off what you've done, and you get comments like what you see above.
or you ask a perfectly, albeit rather obvious, question, and after 4,5,6 or more pages of forum big, bigger, biggest dick contest your request remains unanswered.
3 pieces of very old advice,
1 - if you cant say anything nice dont say anything at all
2- money talks and bullshit walks - unless you can either carry it out or perform as large as you talk, shutup
3 - better be thought a fool, than open your mouth and remove all doubt

Re: ZZR
ohh yeah Daisy, just for good measure, I think your white tampon looks horrid...why you would bother modding a B model 9, the worst Kawasaki chassis of the last 30 years, is beyond me..but anyways..Daisy wrote:I think it looks like shit.dbutlin wrote: Let me know what you think.

Re: ZZR
i love naked bikes
, although i would have done it abit different it is a good to see something outside the box.
i think its great you built it the way you wanted it.
i have read alot of UK forums and it seems the zzr1100 always give them grief with the air induction but thats when they cut it to sit flush with the frame and usually results in alot of time testing blank off screens.
keep at it an build it to suit you
