The Older I Get The FASTER I Was
You start with a bag of luck and an empty bag of experience.
The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck...

Re: Irregular Dirt days
Great day out with a few others, no one around or has been around for some time where we went on the Yorke peninsula
Ground conditions was mostly hard pack and was as close to perfect after the rain, railed a few small tight berms nicely, stuffed one up completely and dropped it because I got too high and it broke away.
Lots of flowing track and tight stuff thrown into the mix, some logs, some really slippery patches and drop aways just to keep ya awake, the woops always are troublesome with my bad knees and the bikes shock needed a tiny bit of fettling to stop it kicking me in the arse so much.
The new rear M12 made a big difference over the the old AC10, the track dried out in the afternoon which made for some flowing spirited riding at a clubman pace, ride distance was around 120kms of secret squirrel single track (5-6 hr ride) simply awesome
I tell ya what it doesnt take long to lose bike fitness being off the bike for a short while, bit sore and very tired.
