Modifying a ZX9's ducktail and Tail light

Post by shadowzx9 »

Has anyone ever sat down looked at a ZX9R (98 or above) ducktail and thought to themselves..

MEH! to that tail light!

Any suggestions, im wondering if i could maybe modify a ZX12 tail light in there instead.

Blasphemous bastard...ya should be strung up for a suggestion like that...

I've just put the clear lens tail light in, and with the clear blinkers, I think it looks much better than the original.

Plenty would have, but yeah MEH

But the eye a busa tail makes anything else look like a super model.

The only thing that would make a Hayabusa look good is parking it next to a VFR1200.

I loved the look of my 12 with a fender eliminator and under tail!

I'm trying to think of a graceful way to smooth that whole area out.....and I've found that most under tails for 9s look like shite :(
