

Was a stinking hot day, but thats no excuse, after having a look at the video footage my mate took from the hill, i realized im unfit, body position was wrong, and as the session's went on, i could see from the footage i was getting lazy on the bike...
So with that for motivation, on the monday i got the mountain bike out, after 5 years sitting in the shed, dusted it off and jumped on.
the plan is to pound the backroads around home, till im fitter.
As im on holidays, im getting out early, 6ish, doing about 30 km, in the morn then the same in the afternoon, ive allready added a few extra km to that after 10 days...
The plan is to do about 50/60 km per day,7 days a week, so when i go back to work next week, it will be arvo's only.
Yesterday i started kayaking as well,as i live 200m from the bay, to good a op to miss.
Allso starting tomorro i will be doing the thousand steps at ferntree gully.
So all going well, by the 28 jan, i should be a little fitter, will be interesting to see how much better i feel by the end of the day.
