The shop working on it raced one of these for 3 years and never had this issue they couldnt even budge them with a rattle gun ....The suspicion is loctite if there is I'm gunna be mega pissed off....Changing tyres could end up costing me upward's of $300 by the look's of it
If its loctite that hasn't budged from the rattle gun then heat will melt the loctite, you will smell the loctite burn once there's enough heat, for a bolt that size it won't take much from a heat gun

funny though how many times i stop and think about which way to go. I do it everyday and have been for the last 7-8yrs and still to this day if im doing a nut up from the bottom (upsidedown so it will be opposite when looking for the top) i have to pause for a second and think haha
