Rocky mountain

Post by z900/zx9 »

I recently went to fit a tyre purchased from rocky mountain in october and found a chunk missing out of it,so i E-mailed them with a picture.I recieved a responce same day and was then informed that a replacement tyre was being shipped no charge the next day  .Cant reccomend them highly enough ;) I have bought quite a few tyres from them in the last year or so around 16 for both road and track and there responce to my problem certainly has shown that they stand by there products and service there customers well.

Mal that's the type of service that will ensure you do repeat performance. 8)

I thought that tyres couldn't be shipped from US any more?

You'll normally get them landed for about $300/set if you buy a couple. We've done a couple of lots so far.

Good to hear they responded so quick Mal, you better lay some baits out and catch what ever it was

I've used them a few times, last time I got a set of BT003's and a set of BT023's for around $500 plus postage....
Postage was $95 for 7 tyres (3 for someone else) in total. Ordered Monday morning, arrived Thursday night.
