Yep, someones definitely been watching too much ghost rider. The difference is, this guy doesn't have the balls to open it up. He'll Darwin Award himself somewhere, unfortunately he'll probably take some innocent bugger with him. Maybe if the government stepped in and made trackdays a bit more affordable and stopped closing tracks down, there wouldn't be this kind of thing going on.
