Dont see why he is getting a fine.... Its not an offence to slide really quickly along the ground is it? As for the bike.... He should get a parking fine for parking that in the middle of the road with a sparkler under it....
The world is round. It has no point.

my mrs got snapped by a camera last night... she felt after that moment she and everyone else around her were much safer. Croc of crap

The mobile cameras can operate at night in the pitch dark so you can't see them except for the reflective tape on the side of the vehicle as you've gone past them. That's really saving lives too. dontknow.gif
And you won't see a flash if they get you cause they work on infra red.

Just remember that the bastards get you from the rear of the vehicle (i don't believe that it works from the front of it though). The radar works at around a 40-50' arc (if the rear of the car was 0' and the side of the car was 90', you get the idea of where the beam is pointing) and the best chance you've got to give yourself the most braking time is in the lane as close as possible to the camera car as possible.
