For those who live in Melbourne, maybe send a bunch of people in there, try everything on and just shit can the shop. Then drop the manager a little reminder that without customer's, that store doesn't exist!
Maybe then, Chris might pull his head in!

Back on topic, the customers main complaint should have been that the male sales assistant barged in on her in the female changing room.
