KANEG TYRE WARMERS

Post by born green »

I bought a set of kaneg digital tyre warmers back in 2008, from my mate tristan at redline motorcycles in dandenong vic.
18 months later, i had the rear one burn out, problem was that the heat wires overlapped, prob a design faualt?? now i allways turn power off 1st, clean them and roll them up and back in carry bag, i do look after them.
Now this is where it gets good, i spoke to tristan about this and he said that i would prob have to pay for a replacement because they were 6 months out of warranty, but leave it with me and i will see what i can do.
Couple of days later he rings me,he spoke to the rep justin from emtek and says to bring the front one in as they were going to replace the set, which they did. now hows that for service!! i see kaneg is on this site and a sponsor. is he the importer of these products? I kno justin is based in vic.
and if he is the importer, does he kno about the great service this rep has provided?
if so then i would thank both of them for this incredible service.

Very impressed with service, replacement ones are going well 12 months later.
Is he the importer of these tyre warmers?
I use kaneg stands front and rear as well, still working well after several years.
