Yeah I know, Ive researched lots but with 2 young ones family is close here... And for the 500sqm rundown californian bungalow Im looking at early next year I could probably buy 2 properties anywhere else

Depending on what areas you are looking at,It may pay to pack the trackpants,moccasins and flannelette shirts..

Don't tell em city slickers about the peace and quiet up in the hills over looking the Sydney basin, they'll venture out and ruin the serenity.... Commute Yeah I hear ya gives me the shits. I'ts a 5 min ride to Putty Rd, a 5 min ride to Bells Line Rd, and I struggle to decide which Road I should take for that 20 min tour to work
