No probs logging in with bookface. No bloody results though, and it doesn't even show current points and position. Stupid yahoo.

OK so it 'SEEMS' to have recognised my google account (not sure how as I didnt have to sign in )









however I dont seem to have joined any comps this year.

Wife-Burger's was having the same issue last week with the Footy tips... It eventually sorted itself out.

Can you keep us updated about the Facebook one? I cant access it here at work.

Known issues and what we're doing to fix them

Hey guys,



First of all, we have read each and every one of your comments on here and thank you for letting us know what problems you're experiencing. We both hear and understand the frustration for those of you whose accounts haven't upgraded successfully and also want to acknowledge that we've not been able to get back to everyone who has emailed our support email yet. I just wanted to let you know where things are at from our side and what we're doing to fix them.



The major issue that seems to be affecting a small subset of users is that once they have upgraded, they cannot see their competitions. Obviously this is a major problem regardless of how many people it is affecting, so it is our number one priority to fix and all of our resources have been put toward resolving it as soon as possible. If you are experiencing this problem, our advice at this stage is to email your Competition Manager to let them know who you're tipping this week so that they can be entered at a later date. This is only a short term solution to ensure that the integrity of your competitions are maintained until we have everyone's accounts working as they should be.



Many people have complained about requiring a Yahoo! ID to log-in. This is only one option to upgrade your account; you are also able to upgrade with a facebook or Google ID. This option occurs on the page after you've entered your OzTips log ins (toward the bottom of the log-in box on the right hand side of the page). The new log-in process is more secure and will protect your data.



We are working hard to resolve this so that we can get back to the important stuff - the tipping! Thank you for your patience - we will continue trying to get back to your questions as best we can.

I can log in through Yahoo but I can't get any results from the last round.

I go to join our comp to see if i can, it then tells me to Log on or Register or Upgrade even though I am already logged my yahoo account.



Looks like my new name will be Dave until the season ends
