Anyone heard of them or running one? I know if someone wants the bike they'll bloody take it but i'm looking for something just to deter the pests and help with insurance and the like.
Ignitor have one that sends an SMS if anyone tampers with the bike .Its only a simple sensor movement style alarm .
As long as the SMS was more or less instantaneous it would be pretty handy i think.

Had one on my GS500 a few years back. They are nothing special.
Basically, it worked for about 1 month before it had problems. It worked on and off for the next few months before i took it off.
It sat in the shed for a few years before it got the better of me and i opened it up. It was so poorly made, it was lucky to survive delivery, let alone service on a bike. I hope they have developed them since 2008, if not, i would not bother with it.
