Sorry to hear, hope it gets sorted. Ensure you chack with the dentist about the crowns on your front teeth. They can need replacing every so often & they can be expensive. Mine are over due and I won't see any change from $2000, would love to charge the shit that tripped my way back at cub scouts.

Bugger dude. As Cath said, we've both had a bit of experience (and success ;)) corresponding with insurance companies, so if you need a hand yell out. Heal up.

talking with the solicitor tommorow.
i had to drive today, so no pain releif, i still have a headache and its stayed all day
got my wrist x rayed and its not broken.
going to a physiotherapist soon as my back is really sore and my left arm has gone lame on me.

well its almost 6 months on, the other parties insurance company has admitted liability , but im still waiting for my $7k+ that ive spent on medical bills. i sent my letter of demand off the other day for my property damage. lets see what kind of reply i get to it.

Cath wasn't kidding when she said it was a slow process.
How are you medical wise? are there any ongoing issues? or have they all been sorted out? I hope for your sake they have.

yeah its shit with the money,
i have my new teeth and some scars on my arms and face.
other than that ive been back out on the bike. its a single speed with the same geometry as my old roadbike
the hill from brooklyn to pie in the sky sucks on a 77inch gear.

Why not consider the zx6 or the zx10?

Glad it was all sorted and it did take a while, I hope your injuries are all healed although it sounds like there is a few ongoing issues.

Oh how could you not go back to another 12R ;)
