The NR750 is what I would consider to to be a VERY collectable motorcycle, but $300+ is a little rich. In all honesty $150 is more around what you would expect to pay. Still alot for a bike that you cant really get parts for so you wouldnt ride it.

There is a collector in Sydney that has over 100 motorcycles, most very collectable, he has one opf these and paid in the region of $125 for it. Remembner they were produced in extremely limited numbers and were $80 odd grand in the 90's ;)
