Kaneg front warmer?

My front warmer has died but still powers up and shows ambient temp but won't get any warmer, i noticed the light under the "OUT" is on what does it mean?
In perfect condition still has the plastic over the screen...

Thats the output LED, its on until the temp is constant (like at 75 or whatever it is set to).
This happened to one of mine, Pete replaced it under warranty.

Mines outside the 12months but not a single burn mark on it... have to send mine to Cubic Dental a Kaneg repairer to maybe see if it can be fixed.

Its probably broken the internal wire (resistance) in the warmer or if your lucky just pulled away from the back of the controller but thats a slim chance. Send it to Cubic Ill be there later this week and will see. But as it appears the controller is still working Id say its done for unfort
