Warning for any one travelling outbound on the Monash Fwy.
There is a huge gouge in the road in the left hand lane just before the FTG Rd exit.
It would appear that a Semi has lost a trailer or something.
The gouge is about 100mm wide, 50mm deep and runs for 20 to 30 metres.
Would be very dangerous for anyone on a bike.

I reported a dangerous condition once on Burke Rd, and they did get back to me... 3 weeks later. It was a large chunk of concrete missing between the road and the tram tracks.
