chinese levers

Just got these in last week and installed them. was wondering if anyone else has also bought them.

Don't appear to be anywhere as cheap as they actually are. well made, solid and nicely finished.

anyone had any experiences with them good or bad?

Mate I reckon these are great for the price. Got mine from the2wheels (I think).

Have crash tested mine and no damage just scratched up a lot so bought another set for the tracky and a set for the roady.

Yep have them on my zx6r race bike.

No problem with load, mine does made stoppies into the last corner of Wakefield and there was no problem with lever strength.

Also been down twice and they have held up great.

I have a set on the ZZR600 - for the price you wouldn't expect quality but these are surprisingly well made. Very happy with mine

I know most things are made in china these days and you get good and bad quality...I was riding with a mate last week that just installed his new footpegs from china via ebay. Righthand sweeper at speed, small dip in road and with his weight on the pegs right one snapped clean off and he could so easily of lost it. Looking at the break, real pourous cheap cast stuff underneath however on top they really looked quality. Just be careful with parts that involve safety and just not bling

Cheap ass levers are one thing, rearsets are another, if they made a knock off replica Ohlins shock and replica rims etc would you put them on your bike?

Why stop there, they could have a replica Ninja ZX14 R, oh thats right you have one already

Actually, knowing someone who works in the CNC/Manufacturing industry who lived in china for work said exactly what seiko said. Most of the time they come out of same factory, just through the back door rather than the front

I heard that Makita and GMC power tools were made in the same Chinese factory. Makita got metal parts inside and the cheaper GMC got plastic bits.................. bottom line, you get what you pay for..........my 2 cents

Not saying these levers are made in same factory as say pazzo's but interesting to know that stuff happens in general. So far can't fault the levers. Cheap or not, well made.

It is all Chinese whispers I tell ya, but I have heard from a mate of a mate of my evil twin brother that Kevin07 and Joolya were made in China but they sent us the dud and the fake, now that everything is broken we find out there is no product support or warranty


I think people have an emotional attachment to their cheap bling purchases and need justify it in their minds when challenged hence the unsupported claims in some comments.
At the end of the day it is cheap knock off shite which ever way you turn it, it wont improve your riding ability on the road and much of it is non ADR compliant and even dangerous.

Better off spending it on suspension.

However each to their own
