i was here before the kuda, and im still here.....

having said that, I personally do not like it and have no kuda merchandise. But I am not whinging about it and if you like it, thats fine :) .

As mentioned previously, with the thumb folded in it is, technically, not the shocker anyway.

LOL @ Damo. I'm not quite clear on how you really feel about the matter

I have my suspicions on who it is... and to be honest, I seriously doubt it is solely the kuda that caused this persons departure. But I could be wrong ;)

Have to agree with Damo on that one.

Keep it or dump it It really doesn't bother me either way. So will we all have to rip those Kuda stickers of our helmets, bikes and car windows after this??? The Kuda has been with the club for awhile now and as Cath said, its moved a long way away from what it really means.

I have been lurking the site for the last week or so, since coming back from OS and I have to say it isn't making compelling reading.
It is getting ridiculous, remember the Old School Days (for those that can), we all carried on as if it was the local pub bar, hanging shit, carrying on, airing our issues without a word of prejudice, contempt or judgement. Asking advice to things that mattered and getting support inthe background from mates that really mattered.
So whats happening?
I remember some dickhead making a bad judgement call and people ending up in hospital, fuck me, if that happened now, how would it be  but those involved could still sit in a room converse and eventually hang shit on each other again. That's mates, we may not see each other everyday but when we do we enjoy the time.
After that incident I spent the best part of 3 years convincing my missus the best part about owning a Kawasaki here was the club and the social circle and mateship that went with it.
From what I have witnessed lately, it's becomming a joke.
So, if I'm not the majority I don't care but whoever it is that's winging.
PUT UP OR FUCK OFF OVER TO NETRIDER or some other mamby pamby forum thats moderated to shit.
My 2c :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:
I like what he said...

It personally doesnt bother me either way, I think it has evolved and as a result has become a type of mascot to the club.
I havent been around the forum much for the last 12 months, I have lurked but havent posted, but I have kept coming back even though I dont own a kawasaki anymore, I have a few friends here (or hope I still do!) and I pick up some good/interesting info from time to time.

The club will still be the club with or without the Kuda, but I dont mind it, it doesnt offend me :kuda:

The force is strong in this one... :-)

Don't worry nothing will change.... As long as ppl don't want it to...

Its been a strange week on KSRC, with a couple members having major hissy fits and asking to be removed and another leaving, all I can put it down to is the Moons location to earth this week.. :-)

My Inbox has been very busy.... and I don't like it.!!!

At least the previous subject matter was diverted by this.. ;)
Btw, to those that mentioned it, we don't do any merchandise with the Kuda on it, we just had the stickers..

What damo said - to the letter.
Not fussed with the kuda myself - but it's got a life of it's own, and people seem to like it.

I've always believed that people are only offended by what they CHOOSE to be offended by.

Having said that I don't use kuda and don't really care to....i have no desire to offend people intentionally or unintentionally.... I've not complained about the symbol or gesture and don't intend to.

I'm here cause I like motorcycles and I have two kawasaki motorcycles.

If you asked me if it might offend a new member and reduce the possibility that they might like to be a member here...then I would say "yes" it might...

if I was a female and I'd been sexually assualted by some arsehole in a manner that this symbol reminded me of then maybe it would upset me and I may not want to be a member....but I guess that if you think that they don't deserve to be a member because of that..then fine...that's your reality.
I live with fear everyday but on weekends she lets me ride.
