Here's the video for those that missed sunrise this morning (i actually recorded the entire show but deleted everything but this segment!)
Tex and his missus are great people, Bundy is a little cute 'un as well. I only hope that some workaround/compromise can be made as they really have their hearts nowhere but in the right place.

Good news...

Tex and Bundy are back on the bike "TOGETHER" doing great things for the community in the way of their fund raising for Cancer and sick kids everywhere.

It would seem common sense has prevailed..Tex has spent 2 and a half years lobbying for a rewording of the law to permit restrained animals to ride...For special events obviously..
An exemption has been granted for 5 year old Bundy to ride on the motorcycle with Tex on NSW roads to raise money for charities with out the risk of Tex being fined or losing demerits points...

Tex travels a lot of K's on his bikes with Bundy on the tank putting smiles on faces everywhere he goes and raises approx $400,000 a year for charity..

Well done to you Tex and Bundy...Bloody Legends :kuda: :kuda: :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:

Just pulled this from another site if it's true that's farked up
So after winning the publicity war to get an exemption against the 'no dogs on tanks' law, Tex has had a random audit of his unregistered vehicle inspection station books. They've now banned him for life for a few typos - you only get a 6 month ban for rebirthing stolen cars!

From Jen's posts on the Facebook page:
RTA..........words fail me.......they took Tex's e safety check & unregistered examiners licenses off him the very day we got our exemption........PAYBACK!!!!! We appealed as it has taken 90% of our income away overnight......went to court today & RTA requested it be adjourned until wait for it July......Magistrate went off!! But earliest court date the court has is 20th May........they are out to make sure we suffer as much as possible.........ACHIEVED RTA........you absolute ****IN MONGRELS!!!!!!!

They did a routine Audit of his unregistered vehicle station.......normal procedure is to pull current book & 200 @ random..........us... current book & 1500!!! E-Safety wasn't even audited but they cancelled that too!! For wait for it...........LIFE!!!! Unheard of.......you only get 6 months suspension for re birthing & face criminal charges....... and all they found on Tex is a few wrong numbers.......9 that should be a 6 etc

Now we have no income..........have to hire a lawyer & survive till May.........I have lupus & are an amputee, I am only allowed to medically work 10 hrs a week max......... they recommend 5 to 8 hrs. Tex gets a navy pension of 250 bucks a week so doesn't qualify for any other assistance.

Tex and Jenny do a lot for the community in general and motorcyclists in particular. Maybe its about time they got something back. If this is confirmed then maybe we need a mass ride with stuffed animals on our tanks.

From Conroy's Gap to Castlereagh,
There's none can ride like me.

Good job they don't book every wog dickhead around Parramatta, riding with singlet shorts and thongs on this week. I saw a guy going down Parra Rd yesterday (peak hour) on a Gixxer 1000 new model, dressed like this.
At least the dogs got leathers and goggles on and is restrained.
Just confirms how fucked up NSW road regulations are.
Grrrrrr :x

Not knowing all the facts as I haven't seen Tex in awhile (a long while) but I thought Tex had previously lost his RTA compliance so maybe part of it? I went looking for his shop at Minchinbury to get a blue slip and was told he couldn't do them anymore.
You would hope that a government department wouldn't single out for something like, if that is the case there would be more then one person in on it.

Pick your fights and know your opposition as they. Battle maybe lost but the war is not over.
