So what is "right" about going from a learner bike to a ZX-10R or a GSX1000 ?
I've spent over 40 years of my life riding bikes .... the rest of it, I wasted ..

I reckon whatever you get you will slowly get used to it depending on how often you ride it.
Personally i went from a 250 straight to a 1000, however i had a break for 5 yrs between bikes and i am also over 100kg and felt like i was Magilla Gorilla on a 600, i went the Z1000 because of the look of it over the 750 ( Like twin pipes). I commute on mine so didnt take long to get used to.
Although it is a far better bike then i am rider, working on that daily ;) .

Good luck :kuda: :kuda:

There is not one rule for all. As long as you respect the power of whatever you get you'll be fine. ;)

Big difference between a Z1000 and a ZX10 or fullysikGSW-Rsweartogod.

Jumping from a learer bike to a Z1000 is alot more "doable" than a 1000 sportsbike - especially the new ones.

Anyway, this is why the Darwin awards were invented ;)
