$1000 Question
Hey guys and gals!
I was just wondering what would you do to your bike if you had 1000$ to spend? Would you bling it up or go for performance upgrades etc. Not that i'm going to spend $1000 on a piano now hehe.
Cheers
Kev

Re: $1000 Question
Tighten the nut that connects the seat to the bars = rider training. Superbike school or advanced rider training depending on where and how you ride. Suspension is second; either simply having the sag set and the correct preload and rebound done or a rebuild/revalve.

Re: $1000 Question
Give it to Zeno = Suspension....
Built by craftsman, Designed by a genius, Ridden by a twat....
Re: $1000 Question
just to clarify, suspension is pretty good on newish bikes and you should be able to find a good setting with the stock stuff if its a sports bike with adjustable suspension..$1000 on suspenders is not going to make you Mich Doohan all of a sudden..if you cant ride well on stock stuff it is unlikely you will be any faster on new stuff..
suspension does not change to bike that much that you are carving the corners like a demon after its done..like other mods I see alot of money wasted on suspension that, well lets say, is not utilised by the *rider* to the extent it should be
suggest rider coaching, or buy some bank shares..and do some time in the saddle, ie. a trip, ohh and you need a zorst to sound cool

Re: $1000 Question
Having never done any formal training myself,
Best advice i can off is, buy some fuel and ride till the sun dont shine, then get up in the morning and ride some more.
Seat time is better than anything else on the market.
Agree with Hoffy, modern suspenders are good, to get the most out of suspension work you need to tell them what you want.
get on the sucker and riide
