By 5 past midnight Ive nearly been sideswiped, spat at, verbally abused and finally blurted the F word at the member of the public in uniform and made her cry :x I love my job :kuda:

Watch fireworks, laugh at a friends efforts playing Mafia wars 2 on our playstation and onto my third James Boags beer.

just finished my 1tr bottle of gobble gobble and a carton of strongbow red :D :D :kuda: watched all the fireworks with the 1600w sony keeping the neightbours up and still going,,,,,hope all is well with everyone and will see most of you lot ;) soon,,,,,,i'll be in my second home (canberra) on the 4th,,,so will catch up with all very soon,,,,until then i will be doing a few visits to people i need to catch up to,,,,you have been warned,,,, ;) :shock: :shock: :shock: wishing all a safe and happy new year,,,,cheers paul

Happy new years everyone. I stayed home and nursed my darling wife through day #3 of a migraine. I woke her at midnight for a new years kiss and then put her back to bed. I did watch the Sydney fireworks on the bigscreen tellie which was a first and was spectacular. I had a glass of bubble to celebrate (Well, bubbly lemonade anyway...) and fell asleep about 1am.

Our neighbours played pumping loud hip hip, breakbeats, retro funk and RnB till 4am, which was sort of a good and a bad thing.......

Good, because the music was sensational. Judging by the mixing, they had a reasonably competent DJ. 8)

The bad, well, that was I was stuck at home and couldn't join in!!! :x

Spent the evening at a club with Disco, Mrs Disco and friends. Had a great time - good food, great company :kuda:
I don't like the term insane - I prefer mentally hilarious!

I was on the truck at Taronga Park Wharf, didn't get to abuse anyone but did manage to go and put out a families bonfire on the beach :kuda:
I'll tell you what, sitting on top of the RFS truck below the zoo you get a FANTASTIC view of the fireworks (and the bikini babes on the yachts :twisted: )

Out on our boat with mum & dad plus Joy in Brisbane Waters, fishing, eating prawn sandwiches Mum & Joy drinking Champagne, Michaels isn't a drinker, I had a couple of beers, witnessed the sunset over the bay, what a sight, then 9pm fireworks came, we watched it on the water, just far enough to be safe.

Home by 11.30 cleaned a couple of flatties, had a shower and watched the Sydney fireworks, :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:
