250 ninja tyres
hey guys my rear tyre has a slow leak in it drop about 6psi a day i'm sick of pumping it up everytime i wanna ride and was just wondering when i get a new rear tyre is it worth getting a wider one or same size? and use have any good sugestions

Standard size, Bridgestone BT45's are great for all weather or even out at the track on the 2fiddy

if its got plenty of tread left you could always try to find the source and plug it

You don't need a wider tire as all that will do is 1) potentially muck with the handling if you put a wider tire on as the carcass shape will be malformed 2) make the tire run at a cooler temp due to reduced weight loading and less power being put down across a larger crossection of tire. 3) posibly interfere with the chain/guard.
Stock standard the tire works perfectly fine.

thanks for the tips guys
and jim i had a nail in it ages ago and used one of those repair kits where u put a screw in there and its just not holding and cbf trying it again so i'm gonna have a look into those Bridgestone BT45's

Tyre repair kits (ie push through resin rope or rubber plugs) are only short term fix, intended on getting you out of trouble in emergency situations.
You still need to have the tyre pulled off and patched from the inside.
