This is a shot of me on my then brand new Z750, #207# chasing down a GSX1100s & Honda 900
Cant remember what year this was. Oldtimers is setting in.. :roll:

well.....if it was a 'brand-new' z750, chasing GSX1100's and CB900's...........I would bet my house it was 1981.

Was this a club round for WDMC ? I might have some results in a REVS from that period Steve ....

I dont know if it was a club day or an open meeting Gos??
Im guessing it was a open meeting by the amount of bikes, & I didnt do a lot of club days back then..
I think your right with the date, I bought it new to do the Yamaha 750K race at OP in 81, but traded it for an new XJ550 as we had more chance of placing in the class, & also had a chance of collecting some money for an outright postion,, two dips into the money pot. Know what I mean??
I think from my [ever fading memory] we finished 4th in class & top 20 outright.. So we got the $ for the class, but got SFA for the outright. So we should have stuck to plan "A".. See if you can find anything out for me..
