Re: What phone
The e72 isn't Bad phone if you still like Nokia. That was my one before the iPhone. Has heaps of freatures and an easy to use keyboard plus the camera is pretty bloody good on it with flash. On the up side u still can utilize racechrono on it.
I wouldn't use a Nokia touch screen as they are really clunky and unresponsive. You'll end up throwing up against the wall.
they just don't have it down pat and makes it a phone that is really hard to use.
As a converted iPhone hater I can't recommend them highly enough now. Soooooo easy to use and has all the options you need. If you can swing it get one

Re: What phone
iPhone....... have a few of them at work with no issues at all & Both Kwakawidow & I are totally satisfied with the larger range of apps clearer screen & reliability
The quality of the phone would be the most outstanding feature for me.

Re: What phone
I've had an Iphone since they come out and they are sensational. I wouldn't bother with anything else.

I got the 6710 Navigator from Virgin on the $35 plan which comes with some allowable data, the hand held GPS is handy sometimes.

Re: What phone
HTC Desire Plus it runs on the Android OS Which is really giving iPhone a run for its money on sales meaning more ppl will be writing apps for it.
plus it now has angry birds on it.... Most amazing game ever... I may be a little addicted would have been the only reason I woudl have considered buying an iPhone. Plus iPhone 4 needs a case cause of its shit design of putting the ariel on the outside so when u tough it your calls drop out lol
plus the HTC Desire looks shit hot!

Life's journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting ...Holy shit...What a ride!

Re: What phone
I have the Samsung Galaxy S. Its a great phone, runs android and is cheaper to get than most other smart phones.
Can get it through most telco's for about $59 a month, cap plans with 1gb data. Purchase outright for around $600 online

Re: What phone
Thanks for the info.
I haven't upgraded yet, probly next week. Was looking at staying with Virgin as they offer the most talk and download time for the $.
$29 for $300 talk and 200 mb which would easily do my needs.
Unfortunately there phones aren't too good...

Re: What phone
Have you considered just either keeping a sim-only plan and buying a handset seperately?
i did that, bought a Nokia 6303, which although lacking in 3g connectivity, is small, has good battery life, and has a pretty good camera. It's got a metal chassis and exterior and is pretty durable too. The only pain in the arse is the fact that the buttons are a little small, which is especially noticeable if your trying to punch out a sms.
