Rental of bike needed

Hi all,

First timer here, I ride a 2009 z750, love every minute of it, only problem is that I also use it as a commuter, so it has racked up the kms


So, reason for the post is that we have a bike trip planned, four of us, and there is one particular fellow that I would like to come, he has full licence, has been riding for years, but the guy has 7 mouths to feed, including his own, and has over the years had to relinquish his toys. We had a bike trip where he used another friends bike, and he got the bug again, but now on this bike trip, the guys bike he used, is coming along

anyway, to cut a long story short, I am trying to organise a bike for him, that he could rent off a user. I tried to go to www.drivemycarrentals.com.au, but no-one had listed a bike.....if you are keen to earn some money on your bike, that will help pay for expenses, that you incurr through the year, please let me know. If you are worried about excess and insurance etc, that website caters for all that and we would be happy to go through them so that everything is covered. We would all pitch in for him and could afford $200 for four days, Sydney, Port Mac, Tamworth, Sydney

We plan to go for four days on the 26,27,28,29th. As he is a big guy, 6"2, weighing about 90kegs, he would need something more than a 500 cc, and something with racks and bags would be really cool.

So, if you aren't using your bike on those days, and are keen to earn $200, please let me know

To rent a decent size bike is min $200/day plus a $2500 bond with a $5000 excess on insurance. For someone to "rent" a stranger there own bike for $200 for four days That wouldn't even cover the cost of the tyres.

Sorry, I admire youre trying to help out your mate but it's never going to happen.

Just in case this is a real request (and I doubt it!) try Smurf www.sydneymotorbikes.net your mate could get a GS500 for a week is probably his best option
