Re: Project 100.
This might be the encouragement I need. Not over 100kg yet, but since I hurt my back and stopped racing I've piled on 12kg - now I can't get my back protector under my leathers. Nov 22nd P.I. trackday is my target....

Re: Project 100.
It could be just what you need Mike.......I know that after just a few sessions in the gym, I already feel a heap better - not lost any (or much) weight yet, but the difference in how long it takes to feel *stuffed* is already noticeable....
Bumped the walk/running today up to 15 min and 2km, the treadlie run remains constant at 15min / 6.3km, and managed to row 2000m in a tad over 10 minutes.......and so the journey continues.......

Re: Project 100.
Well, I weighed in last night @ 115kg.
So I'll be biking it for big rides once a week eating healthier and being as active as possible to see what the results are.
As for stace.. Remember you might be under a hundy already, but every kilo makes your bolt look smaller

I know D, You could not be more right. Every milligram i loose makes the bolt look smaller. Just not sure why that is. After all for the bolt to look smaller then the appendage its stuck through must be getting biggerDuane wrote:Well, I weighed in last night @ 115kg.

Re: Project 100.
I managed to blag some testing at work today from the nurses......part of some 'Wellbeing Week' stuff...
- but the good news is it was free and in the gym......nice.
BP - 110/70. Pretty good
Glucose - 5.0 Not too bad
Cholesterol - 5.6. Just over the maximum end of the 'OK' range......this needs some work
Weight - 115.2 right on par with the scales from the other day. This weight shits me a lot.
BMI - 37.6%. Pretty bad. Really bad......that is smack into Phat Phuck territory.
Did some laps of the local oval tonight, and a dinkum 5km ride on a real pushie. This felt great. First day riding to work is tomorrow.....
.....and so the journey continues......

I reckon you should just get one of those machines they advertise on daytime telly
, you know the ones that you spend 5 mins a day on and your whole body gets toned
.....some of those new ones even get you a full sleeve arm tat as well
.
