Had the same thing happen to my barge not so long ago,
came off a 12hr nightshift, gave the bike a clean and wanted to take the bike off the side stand to detail the rims missed the R.H.pickup and over it went, just scratched the mirror, wind splitter on the fairing and scratched the silencer. In future will place something under the sidestand to stand the bike more upright and get a bit more sleep

Re: Team Fell over in the shed.
Hey Hey Micks back.
I have been following your progress, good to see all is going well.
I will be honest...I have not done anything about it yet.
Apart from ordering the stickers & badges. About $280 for the whole lot.
As I said im not to fussed about, just pissed off I was so stupid.
I will need to mix a little more paint as I used most of my spare paint on the belly pan.
Jetpilot, I think I only payed $40 for the other damaged tank I have but it was pretty rooted when it arrived.
I could get to most of the damage through the hole for the fuel tap.
Other wise I would have to cut the bottom out of it.
But thats only a project I play with when I find the time.
And yes Mick it is very pretty.
