Surely you can't be serious?

AN ALLEGED hoon accused of posting YouTube vision of himself driving at 210km/h in a 50km zone has been charged by police.

The footage, which also allegedly shows the northern suburbs man doing burnouts, was filmed by a passenger and uploaded to the internet in November, 2009.

210 in a 50 zone is somewhat illegal even withoiut the burnouts.
