Can someone tell me how to upload vids & photos I've tried (call me dumbbo) but can't work it out
it's not real flash but I thought I'd share my 1st ride with the amazing HoffCam 5000

Create a youtube account and follow their instructions for uploading you video to youtube. If you have specific problems doing this ask again and someone else will have to help you
Once it's up, you copy the link in the "embed" section near the video and paste it between the {youtube}{/youtube} tags in your KSRC post.

I will hopefully get a video up tonight of a dodgy HELMET CAM of the putty once I edit it and do the above.
