Doin most excellent Robyn ;) .. Its the first month or so that sucks .... almost 9 weeks down now and thinking about it less n less :D But ya right hey, you have to WANT to do it .... aint any use just "given it a go" :?

Well, day 14 now and Ive been on the treadmill and i'm off to boxing this arvo and squash on Thursday night .... and an 11km pushy ride on Saturday arvo .... there is no stopping me now!!! :shock:

thanX Supafrog . . . . and yep the exercise continues with new adventures such as pole dancing and mechanical bull riding. Squash continues regularly on a weekly basis and the treadmill is getting a good workout.

Sunday DrY JulY AfterpartaY . . . .Yes, I'll be there and Yes, I'll be having a beer or two, hopefully with my knucklehead friends who have also successfully participated - ahem and Yes, they beat me!! :kuda: :kuda:
