zx7r forks

well i have a trackday tommorow
and in my prep with the bike, ive noticed the front is a bit soft and divey
thankfully the zx7 has adjustable front forks.
so my question is what clickers do what?
anyone have any suggestions for a setup?

Bottom screws are compression top scews are rebound - the 17mm (i think) bolt on top of the forks with rings showing under is ride height / preload..

Click them all in one or 2 at a time at until it feels right...


Thats the quickest simplest advice I can give.. :-)

You're going to be messing with all those complicated adjustments forever.

Tell you what - I'll swap you yours for mine. They only have rebound adjustment, so there's less for you to worry about ;)
ZXR750 -> ZX7R. It's an addiction, I tell you.
