6) You try to hard. I was trying for months to do it, then one day at Eastern Creek I was just concentrating on proper technique and it happened, then again and again..

You need to try the mini GP track in Seven Hills on a Sunday afternoon
Great place to practice knee down in the streets, scrub in new tyres & remove unwanted Kishy strips

Hey Rob if anyone ever bins it bad at the sevo GP track the bike could go straight to MD
What I used to do was get too far off the seat and run my knee down the inside of the bike and then try to stick it out. trouble technique wise I believe was my hips were too closed and my head wasn't out around the screen. Remedy was to get off the seat less, and open my hips more in line with my head to point through the corner.... Not that I've got my knee down mind you

You're a sook. Toughen up.
If the RD250LC riders amongst us can do it, so can you.

Plenty of us knee-down virgins around here.
Does good technique actually make it harder to get your knee down because the bike is leaning over less for a given speed?
