Wayne, always seek a second opinion. I don't mean that in a bad way but imagine you took your bike to a mechanic and he said it was a dud but you took it to another who said it only need a service at a 1/4 of the price. Who is right and who is wrong?

The reality is we don't truly understand how our head works and what works for you may not work for others, thus why I say seek more than one opinion and make your own assessment based upon that, ultimately if could be wrong but at least it is your decision/ opinion not that based on a learned professional with a different life experience/ opinion.

I have a endured several family members with genetic dispositions to hooked or legal drugs, but each had their own trigger none related to the other. Ultimately you need to find a reason why you want to which is greater than the reason not to than you will find a reason to.

it was really great to have a chat with you last night wayno, its really uncanny the problems we both have and the hardship we have both gone through, its still blowing my mind that, what we have both suffered in our lives are near exactly the same, it not a good thing that we have suffered this but it is great to hear from people who understand and have gone through exactly the same dealings in life,

Its a very difficult thing to open up to someone about your life, and what you've suffered through it but its great to know that there are people out there who are willing to listen and help and offer support

Hi Mikey.....I really don't know what to say mate. There is a saying that a problem shared is a problem halved - it's very true. Our experiences are so amazingly similar...but lets change "suffered" to "learned"
