Nobody thats the point, he is a self appointed do gooder to further his own beliefs, and a hypocrite. It's a deceptive ploy to make himself and his fax machine appear to be a ligitamate government body. (unfortunately there are quite a few groups that exploit this across a number of different things)
But it's the same old thing, the vocal minority gets the most attention, right, wrong or otherwise!

Not quite. At least the motorcycle council have input and representation from quite a lot of motorcycling clubs / groups.Naked Twin wrote:Same can be said about the Motorcycle council. Though not as self indulging.MadKaw wrote:As a sometime pedestrian, I never voted for Scruby to represent me..

KSRC is a member of the MCC with Myself and Phil being the reps (not that we get involved much but we can certainly voice an opinion or state dissaproval if there in any from KSRC members).
They rarely do anything without input from the reps of the associated clubs. Unlike Scruby, he's never asked me what I think.

Fair call, I have taken up issues about some of the things that the MCC has taken up as no 1 priority, supposedly representing all motorcyclists which I thought was a complete waste of money, thus why no membership from me.
Harold definitely has his own agenda, one of which is to get his head on tv and in the papers as often as possible.

Can't say I've heard of this nut case up here, but it's only a matter of time before some self serving, self important sensationalist seeking journo gives him some air time

Most of the speed camera fines I've got have photographed the front of the vehicleIn Qld at least almost all speed cameras are set up to photograph the REAR of a speeding vehicle. Is this any different elsewhere?
